At Horne & Horne we understand the process can be overwhelming and that you want to feel secure in knowing that all of the details will be carefully attended to from start to finish. We have more than 35 years of experience assisting clients in all legal matters associated with purchasing, selling or refinancing residential property. Whether it is assisting first-time homebuyers, discovering and clearing complex title issues, or advising experienced investors in real property related matters, our experienced team is here to help with all of your residential property needs.
    Commercial
We have represented builders, land developers, business owners, and individual investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions and related matters, including advising clients on the purchase, development, financing, selling and leasing of commercial real property. The commercial real estate services we provide including drafting and reviewing purchase contracts for buyers and sellers; examining the real estate title records and advising our clients on how the various easements, restrictions, and other title exceptions may impact the intended use and potential value of the property at issue..

  • At Horne & Horne, we have served business clients for more than 35 years. Our clients include start-ups, locally owned family businesses, investment companies and mid-size business entities. We focus on delivering personalized legal services to help you manage and grow your business strategically and effectively. With a focus on understanding our clients and their goals, we aim to become an integral part of our client’s decision making team by taking a proactive role in planning ahead for the various challenges businesses face on a daily basis, and identifying risks and preventing issues before they occur to help ensure our clients achieve their long-term business and personal goals.

  • We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and objectives and to develop an estate plan that is tailored to their unique situation. For some this may mean creating a basic estate plan; our general estate planning services include the preparation of wills and trusts, health care power of attorney and durable powers of attorney. While for others it may be structuring and implementing a sophisticated plan designed to minimize estate and gift taxes. This may include the creation of irrevocable trusts for generation-skipping or other tax planning purposes or creating family partnerships and limited liability companies to provide for family management of assets and facilitate gifting.
